Have you ever had any problems with packing your things for a trip? I am sure that everyone of us had! If you buy cheap flights with hand luggage, it is even harder to take everything you want. When I was younger I thought that I need abroud everything what I have. Now I know that if I go for a trip I have to organize everything I will need and make checklist of every items I want to take with me. But there is one thing that I always forget, to be honest. My sunglasses! (That's why I have so many pairs) ;)
Another important thing is to plan your outfits for these days. If you want to pack five pairs of shoes for 3 days, you should think over if you really need them. Check the weather in the city you will visit and bring only appropriate clothes. In addition, you should buy travel-size containers for your cosmetics. Remember about restrictions on the amount of liquids (which you can bring on a board) when you are flying only with hand-luggage!
Don't forget about documents (valids of course), money, your camera and go for a trip! I hope you will have such a good time!
See you soon! :)

Tourist or traveller?
Hello everyone!
This time I won't write about my another experience from trips. I would like you to make a question about difference between tourist and traveller. Have you ever considered which kind of people are you? Can you mention many distinction between travellers and tourists?
Some people can say that the biggest difference is the time which they spend on travelling. I heard many opinions that travellers need at least 3 months of visiting country. Another thing that I heard is that tourist prefers stay at expensive hotels and buy packed holidays. And for the other hand, travellers prefer to meet new people, spend time with them, explore the less-traveled areas and try local food.
But, can you agree with that? Is that really the point? In my opinion, you can call yourself whatever you want. Travelling is not a competition that you have to win. It's just a thing that we do because we love it. It's not important if you visit one place per year or ten places per month. More important is the way you will do it- your own way.
Lot of greetings!

One day in Amsterdam
Hello my tourist lovers!
How did you spend your long weekend? Did you stay at home or maybe you visited your family? Did anyone leave out of the town? You can suppose that when I have free days from my work and University I travel. This time I also didn't want to "waste" my free time. I went to one of my favourites cities in Europe- Amsterdam.
In Holland I was a few times and not only the capital city charmed me so much (but about smaller cities I will write in another post). Anyway, Amsterdam is the place where I want to come back everytime it's possible. That's why last weekend I decided to go there.
I suppose that everyone can agree with me that there is lasting list of things to do in Amsterdam. No matter how is the weather, you can enjoy with the city a lot. The first thing you should know about Amsterdam is fact that is famous for cycling. It is a way of life of many people because there is more bikes than people (more than 800,000 bicycles!!!) So if you want to explore the city's streets and canals, there is no better opportunity to travel by bike.
But If you choose a walk through the centre, you have to visit Amsterdam's independent shopping streets (where you can find vintage shops, some boutiques or stores with designer clothes or handmade cometics) and markets in the open air. In any case, remember to take a canal cruise. It lasts about an hour and you can explore Amsterdam's UNESCO protected canal ring and discover many curious facts about the city.
And what about food? If you get hungry, you should try Bitterballen- deep fried crispy meatballs or Thick Dutch Fries- served with many tasty toppings (my favourite is with peanut sauce, mayo and onions). And for dessert you have to try a stroopwafel- two thin layers of baked dough with a caramel syrup. I'm sure you will love it!
And of course, don't foget to take a photo with I amsterdam letters! ;)

Relax in Italy
Hello again!
I hope you are ready for another trip! Inasmuch as the weather in Poland is continuously worsing, I would like to "take" us to beautiful and hot Italy.
When you hear Italy, probably you think about pizza and pasta. (Yes, I am also a lover of italian food). This summer I went with my friends to Genoa- the capital of Italian region Liguria. Before I went there, I didin't know many things about that place, to be honest. Located in the north of Italy, a beautiful port city, is the sixth-largest city in Italy. And, what is interesting, it's the birthplace of Christopher Columbus.
What should you see if you go there? Obviously you should walk around the Via Garibaldi. It is a street full of historical apartments and museums. Because of them the street is often called "Strada Museo".
Another necessary point to see is Acquario di Genova- known as the biggest aquarium in Europe. Located in the old harbour area hits somebody like a thunderbolt.
What is more, when you are in Italy, you surely want to catch up with the sun. The best place to do it, and relax you a little bit is Boccadasse, the old mariners' neighbourhood of Genoa. It's famous for the most romantic view of the sea and the city, and old-school colorful fishing boats.
After all, you have to visit Piazza de Ferrari- the square with the beautiful fountain in its center. It's perfect place for a touristic photo session or lunch brake because there are also many good restaurants and bars.
And what about you? Have you ever been there?
See you soon!
